Royal Tenerife Country Club offers commendable accessibility features for guests with disabilities. The property boasts very good disability access with level pathways that make it easy to navigate for wheelchair users and those with strollers. Guests have highlighted the presence of a fully accessible wet room and apartments designed to accommodate wheelchairs. The elevator in the main building is another functional asset, aiding mobility for people with reduced mobility and ensuring convenient access to different parts of the hotel.
Several reviews suggested that most options provided by the club are designed to function well for guests with disabilities. Additionally, there is a bar and restaurant on site, making dining accessible. For those concerned about noise, guests reported experiencing a peaceful stay with not a single noise to disturb their tranquility.
However, certain areas still need improvement. Although many facilities are accessible, some guests encountered issues, such as steps at the terrace exits and small bathroom doors that hinder wheelchair entry. Parking also posed a challenge as it is located far from some apartments, which could be inconvenient.
Overall, while there are areas that could benefit from enhancement, Royal Tenerife Country Club largely provides a supportive and accessible environment for guests with disabilities.
