Dinner services, however, are limited with no proper restaurant or bar on-site, compelling guests to seek meals nearby despite available snacks and drinks in the lobby.
Rooms are consistently praised for their cleanliness with comfortable beds and modern facilities, although many reviews note the need for renovations to address dated decor and occasional wear. While the rooms are generally spacious and soundproofed, some guests find certain rooms small and plagued by noise issues.

Families find NH Pisa accommodating, offering spacious rooms, baby cribs and thoughtful touches like themed kitchen plates. The breakfast spread and room amenities like minifridges and kettles are particularly appreciated.
The hotel's beds are widely praised for comfort, contributing to a restful sleep. Most guests commend the quality of the beds, though a few note issues with mattress firmness or receiving two singles instead of a double bed.
