Nestled in the buzzing center of Calangute, FabHotel Prime Sarala Crown with Pool is a favored choice among tourists thanks to its convenient location. The hotel’s central positioning on the main street places guests just a short stroll from Calangute and Baga beaches, while surrounding shops, bars and restaurants offer everything one might need. The vibrant local market adds to the lively atmosphere, creating an exciting environment for visitors.
Guests are particularly impressed with the hotel's spotless, spacious and modern rooms, lauding the comfortable accommodations that often include luxurious amenities. Although there are occasional mentions of minor cleanliness issues such as dirty carpets or a musty smell, the overwhelming feedback underscores the excellent condition and value of the rooms.
Cleanliness extends beyond the rooms with the hotel being described as hygienic and well-maintained. Guests have praised both the public and private spaces for their upkeep, despite noting that areas like the swimming pool and breakfast room could benefit from improved maintenance.
The staff at FabHotel Prime Sarala Crown stand out for their politeness, friendliness and helpfulness, significantly enhancing the guest experience. Individuals like Mr. Santosh and Mr. Sai receive specific praise for their exceptional service. While there were isolated incidents of less proactive or rude staff behavior, the overall sentiment is positive with employees described as accommodating, competent and professional.
Breakfast at the hotel receives mixed feedback. On the positive side, guests often commend specific items, like the omelets and the breakfast staff’s helpfulness. However, there are notable calls for more variety, better quality and a more comfortable dining area.
The swimming pool also elicits mixed reviews. While many find it clean and suitable for kids, there are comments about the need for better maintenance, including cleaner water, more TLC for poolside facilities and more substantial lounging options.
Free Wi-Fi service appears to be a weak spot with many reviews noting that the internet is slow, unstable and unreliable, suggesting room for improvement in this area.
Overall, FabHotel Prime Sarala Crown with Pool, Calangute Beach, offers a comfortable, centrally located retreat with spacious rooms, commendable cleanliness and a hospitable staff, making it a delightful stay for travelers, despite some areas needing enhancements.
