The hotel is child-friendly and offers top-class service in all areas, making it deserving of its full five-star rating. The restaurant selection and quality is outstanding and the hotel is one of the best resorts in Switzerland. However, some guests have commented on the varying quality of the service personnel with some feeling disappointed and irritated at times. Despite this, the majority of guests have had a great stay and would return to this fantastic hotel.
