Situated on Main Street, the lodge ensures easy access to local attractions, eateries, and the natural beauty of the Adirondacks. Its well-kept grounds and thoughtful amenities, like mobile check-in, heighten the welcoming environment for visitors seeking relaxation after outdoor adventures.
Though breakfast offerings are minimal, the strategic location near a local bar provides ample alternatives for a hearty morning meal. Guests praise the rooms for their cleanliness and spaciousness, featuring charming Alpine decor with cozy elements such as gas stoves and Adirondack rocking chairs. The rustic furniture and historical ambiance contribute to the lodge's unique character, providing a picturesque stay despite minor maintenance quirks.
The attentive and friendly staff are known for their exceptional hospitality, with team members frequently recognized for enhancing guest experiences through their polite and accommodating demeanor. This commitment to service is supported by a new manager open to suggestions for further improvements.
Comfortable beds are a noteworthy feature, often described as incredible, although some find the large size slightly restrictive in room space.
