The Premier Kraków Hotel offers a variety of pool and sauna facilities that guests generally appreciate. Many guests found the pool to be a great, clean and pleasant feature of their stay, describing it as a big bonus and highlighting its positive impact on their overall experience. The pool area is noted for being cozy and clean with some reviews admiring the pool's decent size and well-maintained state. The inclusion of inflatables and toys for children is a delightful touch, making it a hit among families.
However, the pool's small size and limited opening hours often led to overcrowding and wait times, which guests found inconvenient. Some visitors noted the water temperature as being too cold, which detracted from their enjoyment. Cleanliness was mentioned, though a few reviews pointed out occasional maintenance issues such as dirty tiles and malfunctioning equipment.
The sauna, often mentioned alongside the pool, received praise for being a nice, relaxing addition to the hotel's amenities. Despite its benefits, some guests found the spa area disappointing with specific complaints about the pool's filtration and soundproofing. Additionally, the restricted pool access times and occasional closures were significant drawbacks that affected the guests' satisfaction.
Overall, while the pool and sauna facilities at Premier Kraków Hotel are generally well-received and enhance the guest experience, there are a few areas for improvement, particularly regarding maintenance and operational hours.
