Sarrosa International Hotel and Residential Suites features a gym that includes both a fitness room and a swimming pool. While the existence of these facilities is a plus, the gym has room for improvement. Guests have noted that the fitness equipment is in poor condition and not well maintained with some equipment mislabelled and in need of cleaning due to sweat accumulation. The gym's opening hours are irregular, which may inconvenience some visitors. Additionally, the gym and pool have been reportedly under construction at times. An upgrade to the maintenance and organisation of the gym could significantly enhance the guest experience.

Summarized by AI
Bayfront Hotel Cebu - North Reclamation enjoys a prime location that consistently receives praise from guests. Its proximity to the bustling SM City Cebu Mall, the North Bus Terminal and key transportation hubs such as the MyBus terminal makes it exceptionally convenient for travelers. The nearby 7/11 store and other essential outlets further enhance its appeal. Positioned near Cebu's major attractions and nightlife, the hotel offers affordable rates, making it a great value for its central spot.
The breakfast experience often stands out with guests enjoying a superb buffet featuring well-prepared traditional Filipino dishes, scrambled eggs, omelettes and pancakes. The variety and quality of the breakfast choices are frequently highlighted, though some guests express a desire for more options, particularly vegetarian. Despite occasional complaints about the cramped dining area and inconsistent meal quality, the complimentary breakfast remains a pleasing aspect of many stays.
Dinner receives mixed reviews with guests valuing the onsite restaurant and the food court downstairs. The weekend dinner buffet is noted for its good value and delicious food, though some find the food quality and restaurant service lacking. Specific dishes and slow service rates are occasional points of critique, indicating room for improvement.
Rooms are spacious, comfortable and modernly decorated, frequently praised for their size and bright atmosphere. While cleanliness and daily maintenance of rooms are generally appreciated, issues such as noisiness, cleanliness inconsistencies and maintenance problems like non-functional TVs and unreliable air conditioning are noted. Some guests also mention cockroach sightings.
Cleanliness generally garners positive feedback for being well-maintained and comfortable. Daily cleaning services and clean beddings are often mentioned positively. However, some guests report issues like dusty rooms, moldy bathrooms and outdated facilities that detract from the hotel’s clean reputation.
The staff at Bayfront Hotel is often praised for their friendliness and helpfulness. Many guests highlight the courteous and accommodating nature of the personnel, especially the concierge and maintenance teams. However, some guests note slow response times and less professional attitudes from a few staff members, suggesting that further training could enhance overall service.
Free WiFi access at the hotel receives mixed reviews with many guests experiencing slow speeds and frequent dropouts. Some visitors find the internet service adequate, but it is generally seen as unreliable for robust online connectivity.
For families, the hotel offers spacious rooms and is conveniently located near shopping and dining options. The staff is courteous to seniors and families, though some indicate that the hotel might not be the best fit for extended stays with elderly members and the room setup may not fully meet the needs of larger families.
The hotel's excellent location also provides easy access to Cebu’s nightlife. However, noise disturbances from nearby karaoke places and nightclubs, combined with inadequate soundproofing, may affect sensitive guests.
Beds at Bayfront Hotel yield mixed opinions. Some guests find them uncomfortable or experience back pain, while others appreciate the size and cleanliness of the beds. Variability in comfort levels and the types of beds provided indicate room for improvement.
Overall, Bayfront Hotel Cebu - North Reclamation offers a budget-friendly, three-star accommodation. Suitable for business travelers and those seeking mid-range pricing, it combines reasonable business amenities, a strategic location and decent services, making it an excellent choice for practical and affordable stays. Its excellent accessibility and convenience enhance the overall guest experience, despite areas needing improvement in cleanliness, WiFi and dining services.
