Recurring points of criticism include a sparse breakfast selection, limited facilities, cleanliness issues in the rooms and the inconsistent quality of service. Power cuts and the need for renovations in the restaurant area also detract from the overall experience for some.
While the resort has significant potential to be a prime destination, it requires more attention to detail and improved amenities to meet the higher expectations associated with a four-star rating.
