It is accessible for individuals with disabilities, offering kind and friendly service throughout the stay. The hotel includes accessibility features in the swimming pool area and receives praise for the attentiveness of the pool guard, efficient towel service and pleasant spa.
However, there are areas for improvement in the overall accessibility. Guests have noted the absence of grab bars in the showers and the low height of the toilets, which may pose challenges for those with limited mobility. Additionally, while the beds contribute to a comfortable stay, they may need some repairs to better cater to all guests.
