Encore Boston Harbor is situated in an industrial area which doesn't offer much in terms of amenities or charm. However, the hotel's location is still great as it is close to the city without being right in the middle of it. While some guests found it a little out of the way and far from main attractions, free transportation provided by the hotel including bus shuttles and water ferries to downtown Boston made getting around a breeze. The rooms offer beautiful views of Boston and the Mystic River, while there are also many places to eat within the hotel itself. Parking is also easy and convenient. Overall, while the location may not be in walking distance to everything, the great transportation options provided and the convenience of staying on the property make it a worthwhile choice for your stay in Boston.

There were only a handful of negative reviews for staff, but otherwise, everyone on the staff is personable and professional. Special shoutouts to Julia B. at reception and Mark at the concierge desk for their exceptional service. Overall, we cannot find a single fault with the staff at Encore Boston Harbor - they truly make your stay a charming experience.
