Summary of reviews related to the '4 Star' category
Summarized by AI
'Hotel Grano Gdańsk Old Town' presents itself as a four-star establishment, though guest reviews suggest a mix of experiences that may challenge this rating. Visitors find the hotel nice, comfortable and equipped with all the standard amenities expected from a four-star property. The spa facilities receive praise, living up to the expectations for a superior hotel.
However, there are notable criticisms. Many guests mention that the quality of service does not consistently meet the four-star standard they expected. Concerns include uncomfortable and very hard beds, which have resulted in back pain for some guests. Cleaning services and soundproofing appear to fall short with visible dust and noise disturbances impacting the experience. Furthermore, the hotel’s staff and efficiency, particularly during check-in, have drawn some negative feedback.
Despite these issues, some reviewers acknowledge the hotel as a standout in the Tricity area and find it to offer good value for its rating. Overall, while 'Hotel Grano' does have its high points, the average guest expectations for a four-star experience leave room for improvement in terms of comfort, service and detailed quality.
