Tropic Towers Apartments is located on the main road, Sheridan Street, making it easy to locate and providing easy access to everything guests need. The hotel is in a north Cairns location, close to the airport and within walking distance to a pub and a Coles service station. A bus stop in front of the hotel has a bus at fifteen-minute intervals into the town centre for $2.40, making it convenient for guests to explore Cairns. The location is also not too far away from the Esplanade and most attractions and amenities and guests can find cheap eateries and shops within walking distance. Although it is a bit far out from the main part of the city, the hotel is centrally located and close to most places of interest. However, some guests found the location a bit of a hike to town if they didn't have their own vehicle. Overall, Tropic Towers Apartments has a great location that offers convenience and accessibility to most areas in Cairns.

Tropic Towers Apartments offers great value for money and is located just a short drive away from the city centre and a short walk to the esplanade. The staff are lovely, professional, friendly and exceptionally helpful. The apartments are spotlessly clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything needed for a short stay including a washing machine. The onsite parking is fantastic and the perfect weather made it an awesome experience. Guests enjoyed their stay and highly recommend Tropic Towers as a fantastic place with great facilities for young families. The only downside mentioned was the unreliable lift, however this did not detract from the exceptional experience.

Accessible

Despite a broken lift during some stays, guests with disabilities can request a room on the 4th floor for ease of access. There were also concerns over street noise and thin walls.
