Guests praise the friendly and attentive staff, delicious food and drinks and beautiful location with tours and shuttle support readily available. The hotel has a special ambiance that makes everyone feel welcome and many guests find it even more beautiful in person than in pictures. While some guests feel it falls short of a 5-star rating, the only complaints are minor inefficiencies that could be improved. Overall, it's a great hotel experience with small critiques and non-issues.
