The Marina Garden Hotel has received mixed feedback regarding its four-star rating, facilities, and services. While some guests find the hotel meets four-star standards, with cleanliness being a standout feature, others feel certain aspects fall short, such as room maintenance and bedding quality. Despite this, guests generally express satisfaction with the services provided by the hotel. However, there's a sentiment that the price might not align with typical four-star expectations. Some guests believe the hotel deserves a higher "Superior" rating due to its overall appeal, although consistency with the four-star classification is noted. The assessment varies: while some praise the cleanliness and service, others highlight areas that could be improved to fully meet four-star criteria.

Summary of reviews related to the '4 Star' category
Summarized by AI
Tucked away in one of the most beautiful bays of Elba, Hotel Baia Imperiale enjoys a picturesque location that guests have frequently applauded. Visitors consistently appreciate the extensive breakfast offerings and commend the warm, friendly, and helpful staff who contribute to a pleasant stay at the hotel. However, despite its idyllic setting and welcoming team, some guests find that certain aspects do not live up to the expectations of a four-star establishment. The lack of amenities such as a pool and gym, along with the limited entertainment options, are noted as shortcomings. Additionally, guests point out that the structure appears older, with room standards and breakfast offerings not consistently aligning with the four-star rating. The absence of dedicated beach facilities also garners remarks. While some find the amenities acceptable, they believe enhancements would better reflect the hotel's four-star rating.
