However, guests were happy with the secure parking and felt their cars were safe in the locked carpark. The hotel's location was perfect and having parking on site was a plus, although it was an extra charge. Some guests were unhappy with the price of parking as well as the limited available spaces. Some guests opted to park at public parking across the road or at Cae park, which they found to be cheaper than the hotel's charges.
