While there were some exterior works going on during our visit, the length of service provided more than made up for it. Despite negative guest feedback around noise from the ongoing works impacting their stay, we found the hotel to be of high quality and delivered the expected level of service. On the negative side, the hotel only offers non-refundable room options which don't cater to the flexibility required by some business travellers. The breakfast is also overpriced and not that good, especially as some rooms don't have access to daylight. Airport transport is inflexible, as there is little to no option besides private transport or a long wait of over 5 hours. Finally, check-in can be lengthy, so make sure to plan accordingly.
