The staff is friendly and speedy and the facilities are wonderful. The location is near the lovely Mill ruins park and stone bridge with Trader Joe's and restaurants nearby. The bed is comfy and the room is clean and fresh. The only downsides were the insufficient lighting in the bedroom and some noise from the lobby in inward-facing rooms. Overall, the hotel is cozy, nice and exceptional. It's a great place to stay for a first-time visit to Minneapolis and guests would happily stay here again. The only issue was the keyless entry doors lock at 9 pm, which some guests found a bit wonky.
