Enjoy Coquimbo enjoys high praise primarily for its outstanding location between Coquimbo and La Serena, offering easy access to numerous attractions, restaurants and entertainment options. The beautiful ocean views from most rooms significantly enhance its appeal. Guests often remark on the spacious and comfortable rooms, which are ideal for both leisure and business travel, benefiting further from well-maintained facilities like pools, a spa and access to a casino. The parking availability and calm, tranquil environment add to its convenience, making it a great spot for relaxation. The friendly and attentive staff also contributes to the overall positive experience.

The breakfast offered garners mixed feelings; many appreciate its deliciousness, variety and abundance with attentive service enhancing the experience. However, inconsistency in quality, the inconvenient location of the breakfast area and logistical issues detract from its appeal, particularly for elderly guests.

Dinner experiences vary with Santa Brasa restaurant receiving commendations despite some service issues, while Santerra faces mixed reviews primarily due to inconvenient closures and high prices. The dinner buffet is noted for its variety and quality, though it also faces some criticism. Guests highlighted the need for service consistency and better dining arrangements as restaurants sometimes close early.

Room feedback is similarly mixed. While many praise the spaciousness, comfort and spectacular sea views, recurring issues include cleanliness lapses, outdated furniture, noise disturbances and maintenance problems. These issues detract from the overall positive aspects and reveal a gap between expectations and reality.

The hotel's cleanliness receives contrasting feedback. Some guests appreciate the clean rooms and common areas, while others cite dirty carpets, mold and poor housekeeping. This inconsistency in cleanliness and maintenance significantly impacts the guest experience.

Staff reviews similarly reflect a divide with many guests appreciating their attentiveness and kindness, while others report unprofessional behavior and poor service, particularly at the reception. This inconsistency in service quality suggests a need for improved training and management.

The free wifi at Enjoy Coquimbo is another area needing improvement, as many guests experience poor quality and slow connectivity, affecting their ability to work or stay connected reliably.

The spa offers an enticing but inconsistent experience; many guests enjoy the exceptional service and facilities, yet issues with the maintenance of amenities like hot tubs, saunas and pools diminish the experience. Reports of rude staff and unexpected closures further affect the overall perception.

The gym receives generally positive feedback for its equipment and presence of a coach, though some guests have noted the need for machine renovations and occasional unavailability.

Being close to the beach provides spectacular sea views and easy access to beautiful seaside scenery, further elevating the hotel's location benefits.

For families, the hotel offers engaging activities and facilities for young children, though it might not be ideal for older guests or those seeking a quieter atmosphere due to the lively, noisy environment created by children.

Beds at Enjoy Coquimbo receive significant praise for comfort, frequently described as cozy and supportive for a good night's sleep. However, issues with bed quality, noise from bed frames and uncomfortable pillows highlight areas needing attention to ensure a restful stay.

Despite its 5-star rating, some facilities and services at Enjoy Coquimbo fall short of guest expectations, indicating room for improvement to fully align with its high-star rating. Overall, Enjoy Coquimbo offers a generally appealing experience, especially due to its excellent location and friendly staff, but faces challenges in maintaining consistency across various services and amenities.
