The rooms are spacious, clean and well-equipped with lovely views of either the sea or the private bay. The staff is amazing and professional, going above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. The pool area is terrific with multiple pools to choose from, all of which are well-maintained and surrounded by a beautiful landscaped garden. The hotel's outdoor pool is highly recommended. The Iberostar Selection Creta Marine is an excellent destination for families with many activities for kids and friendly staff. While some guests had issues with the beds and occasional shortages of lounge chairs by the pool, overall, the hotel experience is positive with beautiful and clean surroundings, excellent dining options and friendly staff.
