Guests consistently praise its serene setting and stunning lakeside views, creating an ideal environment for relaxation. The resort provides well-maintained gardens, spacious rooms, and attentive staff, enhancing the overall experience for nature lovers seeking a peaceful getaway. Rooms at the resort are spacious and clean, featuring beautiful views and a refreshing environment. The mild December climate compensates for the lack of air-conditioning, while the overall room ambiance is cozy and inviting. Despite occasional issues with dampness and equipment in villas, the positive traits of cleanliness, aesthetics, and views are widely appreciated.
A commitment to cleanliness is evident throughout the property, particularly in the rooms, which boast fresh bed linens and towels. While some outdated amenities require attention and carpet cleanliness is a concern, the serene environment and well-maintained setting leave a favorable impression.
Guests frequently commend the staff for their exceptional friendliness and attentiveness, contributing to memorable experiences, particularly during special occasions. The free shuttle service enhances convenience, despite isolated reports of communication issues and occasional reception unfriendliness.
Wi-Fi services require improvement due to recurring feedback about slow and unstable connections, detracting from the otherwise pleasant accommodations. The indoor pool offers a convenient exercise option, though its small size and ambiance may not meet all guest expectations.
Families find Terracotta Hotel & Resort Dalat particularly appealing, with facilities tailored to accommodate families and young children. Warm and accommodating staff, scenic surroundings, and practical amenities like cribs underscore its popularity among families.
