The hotel offers a beautiful and superb experience with solid international standards. The sea view from the hotel is truly amazing as guests get to see huge container ships docking to the Dar es Salaam port. The rooms are perfect and comfortable, although some guests felt that the size of the room didn't match the price paid. The hotel's restaurant could have better service for a 5-star hotel, as one guest had an unpleasant experience with off meat. Despite this, the hotel is still truly a 5-star and excellent Hyatt, worth the price for a wonderful experience in a perfect environment.
