Guests have praised the spa team for their excellent service and fantastic spa treatments, such as the massages. Although some guests were disappointed by the limited spa facilities, others found the spa to be lovely and enjoyed the gym and spa being open. The staff were accommodating and understanding of unforeseen health issues and several guests enjoyed the beautiful and relaxing accommodation and overall resort. Unfortunately, some guests were unable to use the entire spa due to COVID-19 restrictions, such as the closure of the thermal area. Overall, guests enjoyed the spa treatments and many complimented the food and drinks available at the spa.
