Tru By Hilton Salt Lake City Airport offers a great location with very clean premises and polite staff, making it a convenient choice for travelers. The hotel provides great amenities, though it operates more as a middle-class establishment. While guests appreciate the overall cleanliness and service, some areas could be improved. In-room coffee makers are absent and the breakfast, although available, is minimal and ends early. Additionally, coffee quality in the breakfast area received some negative feedback. Guests also mentioned that the rooms could benefit from more warmth and coziness and that certain common areas, such as hallways and elevators, were not as clean as expected. Despite these points, the hotel's overall positive attributes make it a practical option for those needing a place near the airport.

Summary of reviews related to the '3 Star' category
Summarized by AI
Provo River Inn receives mixed reviews for its three-star rating, facilities and services. Despite being advertised as a three-star hotel, many guests feel it falls short of this classification. The hotel is described as older and showing signs of wear with dated paint colors, mismatched drapery and overall dated décor. The cleanliness of the facilities and rooms, however, is consistently praised with reports of clean and comfortable environments.
Some disappointments include misleading presentation on the website, which suggests a much newer and nicer hotel than what guests find upon arrival. Additionally, the breakfast offering is minimal and not as advertised, consisting of a muffin, power bar, yogurt and a juice box. Guests have also reported needing to ask for basic amenities such as towels and toilet paper.
Despite these drawbacks, the staff receives positive comments for their helpfulness and the location is regarded as safe. Although the property is a bit confusing to locate and somewhat run down, the clean environment and friendly staff add a positive touch to the overall experience. However, given the dated facilities and services, the hotel's three-star rating and associated pricing may seem unjustified to some visitors.
