The staff members, especially Rose and Dorothy, are an asset to the lodge and go over and above to make guests feel welcome and comfortable. The owners treat guests like family and provide excellent service. Although the receptionist can be rude, the overall experience at Zeranka Lodge is fantastic due to the amazing staff and hospitality.
