Overall, Hotel Innsbruck is a highly recommended hotel with a fantastic location in the heart of Innsbruck's Old Town, offering stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The breakfast buffet is exceptional with a great variety of food choices and excellent quality and the staff is wonderful, friendly and always willing to help out. The rooms are spacious and comfortable for families and although some parts of the hotel might be dated, they are kept clean and cozy with nice decoration. The spa facilities, including the pool and various types of saunas, are fantastic and guests love the adults-only spa that's accessible from 6 pm onwards. The pool area is amazing and the pool itself is heated and has a beautiful gold mosaic surface. Guests have generally positive things to say about parking, although some mention issues with unclear directions or fees. The beds at Hotel Innsbruck are comfortable and most guests find them conducive to a good night's rest.
