The hotel's website did not mention the stairs to some rooms, so guests were surprised. Parking is also limited and can be challenging, but there are options nearby. Unfortunately, there is no access for guests with disabilities to certain amenities such as the jacuzzi or pool, despite photos on the website. The kitchen is well-equipped, though a few missing items were noted. Reception is not always staffed and communication can be difficult, but overall the hotel is a lovely place to stay.
