Resort Bad Boekelo - Hotel met spa in Enschede has elicited mixed reactions from its visitors, particularly concerning its four-star rating. While some guests appreciate the overall value despite the high price, many feel the facilities and services fall short of expectations for a hotel of its supposed caliber. Recurring themes in guest feedback suggest that the property is outdated, an aspect somewhat mitigated by consistent maintenance. However, issues such as cobwebs and inadequate service standards have been highlighted, which are perceived as inconsistent with a four-star establishment. Collectively, these reviews indicate a discrepancy between the advertised star rating and the actual experience with frequent calls for a re-evaluation of its four-star classification.
