Summarized by AI
The Pearl Hotel offers a centrally located stay with friendly, helpful staff and well-maintained facilities that many find deserving of its four-star rating. The hotel boasts a luxurious ambiance and comfortable rooms with soft beds and stylish decor that align with four-star standards. Guests appreciate the included breakfast, although some feel it doesn't match the quality of other four-star establishments.
However, not all experiences have been positive. A few visitors noted that the service and amenities were limited and did not meet their expectations for a four-star hotel. Concerns were raised about the thin pillows and stuffy rooms, impacting sleep quality. Some guests even questioned the four-star rating, suggesting the hotel might be more accurately described as a two-star establishment. The absence of a bar and inconsistencies with breakfast service also drew some criticism.
Despite these mixed reviews, the central location remains a strong point, making The Pearl Hotel a convenient option for city explorers. The property continues to be a subject of varied opinions with many still considering it a worthy four-star stay.

While the hotel certainly has its charms, including its historical appeal and functional rooms, it seems to fall short of a universally acclaimed four-star experience.
