Some drawbacks included the pool closing early during heatwaves, being too cold for some guests' preferences, untreated water and the pool appearing less appealing in real life than in photos. Despite these points, the swimming pool and the overall location of the hotel made for a very beautiful and pleasant place to stay, often highlighted as a perfect stop on the way to Spain.
