While many guests find the rooms clean and practical, others note areas needing renovation, such as outdated furniture and occasional maintenance issues. Soundproofing could be improved and some rooms have suboptimal views. Cleanliness receives mixed reviews. While many guests are pleased with the overall cleanliness and daily housekeeping, some report instances of insufficient cleaning, highlighting issues like dirty towels, sheets and occasional pests. These inconsistencies suggest that the hotel has room to improve its cleaning standards.
One of the hotel's standout features is its staff, consistently praised for their friendliness, helpfulness and professionalism. Guests often highlight the staff's welcoming demeanor and their readiness to provide excellent service, ensuring a pleasant stay for visitors.
The free WiFi offered at the hotel is deemed functional but inconsistent with occasional connectivity issues and slow speeds. It generally meets the needs for standard use, but might fall short for those requiring reliable high-speed internet.
The hotel's proximity to the beach is a significant plus with the shore just a short walk away. Guests appreciate the combination of easy beach access and the nearby city attractions, enhancing the overall appeal for beach lovers.
Lastly, while the hotel operates as a three-star establishment, some guests feel its amenities and services lean towards a slightly lower standard, emphasizing the essential and budget-friendly nature of the accommodations. Despite these perceptions, the reasonable price and central location make it a practical choice for travelers.
In conclusion, Hotel Benidorm City Olympia is favored for its prime location, friendly staff and comfortable basic accommodations.
