Although some guests expected more from a four-star hotel, they still found it to be a good and average option. The staff was great and the hotel was clean, which made for a pleasant stay overall. The lifts were fast and the location was ideal for a breakaway or a family exploration of Brisbane. Some guests even considered it the best place to stay in Brisbane and an amazing way to spend their time. Despite some minor issues like parking, the hotel was very good and provided guests with the space and comfort they needed while on a budget.
