However, there is no kids pool so keep that in mind. Despite an unfortunate emergency with a family member, the staff were helpful and accommodating. Though some guests experienced issues with cold showers, the size of the rooms and the kid-friendly features such as bath tubs make up for it. One guest even mentioned their grandson loved it. Room service could be more clear and buffet breakfasts can be pricey, but overall Rydges Canberra is a great value for families with toddlers and young children looking for a hotel with space to run around and plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained.
