Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
Hotel Bandhan Residency benefits from an excellent and convenient location near the airport, making it an ideal choice for travelers with layovers or those seeking easy accessibility. This feature is frequently praised by guests, along with the quieter, more relaxed setting in a residential area. While the hotel is slightly distant from the main street and city attractions, these minor drawbacks don't significantly detract from the overall positive sentiment about its location.
Breakfast at Hotel Bandhan Residency is generally well-received with guests describing it as good and tasty. Vegan options are also available and breakfast is served in-room at 9am, adding to the convenience. However, there is some room for improvement, particularly in offering a wider variety of meal options.
The rooms at the hotel receive mixed reviews. Many guests appreciate the spaciousness, cozy ambiance and cleanliness of the rooms, making them suitable for short stays. However, there are also some concerns about maintenance with reports of untidy rooms, small sizes and stained bed sheets. Overall, the positive aspects of cleanliness and comfort are frequently highlighted by visitors.
Cleanliness is another aspect with varied feedback. While some guests find their rooms clean and tidy, issues with bathroom cleanliness are frequently noted. Complaints include stinking, untidy bathrooms with poorly maintained fittings and insufficient toiletries. Despite the positive reviews regarding room cleanliness, the condition of the bathrooms indicates a need for significant improvement.
The staff at Hotel Bandhan Residency are often described as cooperative, supportive and friendly, enhancing the guest experience. However, there are notable concerns about professional conduct with reports of unprofessional behavior and occasional rudeness. Instances of staff asking for tips and displaying unfriendly behavior detract from the otherwise favorable impressions.
In summary, Hotel Bandhan Residency is well-regarded for its prime location near the airport and the general comfort of its rooms. The breakfast is satisfactory, though it could benefit from more variety. While room cleanliness is mostly praised, bathroom maintenance needs attention. The staff are generally friendly and cooperative but could improve in professionalism to ensure a consistently positive guest experience.
