Despite minor issues such as defective TVs or occasional musty smells, the general sentiment is overwhelmingly positive regarding the accommodations.

Although there are occasional lapses in room readiness and daily housekeeping services, the overall standard remains high.
The staff at LACQUA DIROMA III generally receive positive feedback for their politeness, courtesy and attentiveness. From the reception to the restaurant, the service is typically described as friendly and efficient. While there are some reports of less friendly interactions with specific staff members and inconsistencies in housekeeping, the overall impression of the team's dedication to guest satisfaction remains positive.
The Wi-Fi service, however, presents a notable area for improvement. Many guests report weak and unreliable internet connections, particularly in their rooms. This is an important consideration for those who require consistent internet access during their stay.
The pool facilities are well-received, offering a wide range of clean and accessible options with flexible 24-hour availability. While many guests find the beds comfortable and conducive to a good night's sleep, there are frequent complaints about double beds being made from two single beds pushed together. This can result in discomfort due to an uneven sleeping surface with some guests describing the mattresses as old or too soft.

Express Hotel presents itself as a three-star option, but recent guest reviews suggest it might not fully meet the expectations associated with this rating. Though marketed as a three-star establishment, visitors have noted that the accommodations and amenities appear quite outdated and the facilities are in need of renovation and maintenance. Despite these shortcomings, the hotel is frequently highlighted for its good cost-benefit, offering a cozy room experience that aligns with its three-star status for some guests. However, the standard of cleanliness with cleaning not performed daily and the overall condition of the building, often described as poorly maintained or even misleading in its online portrayal, have led to disappointment among others. The reviews indicate that while the hotel does provide the essentials expected of a three-star place, such as adequate room quality and basic amenities, it might be more fitting for travelers seeking a budget-friendly option rather than those expecting a pristine three-star experience.
