Location

The Alexandra Resort - All Inclusive is a top pick for those looking for a convenient, beachfront getaway. Located right on the stunning Grace Bay Beach, guests can enjoy easy access to the water and a gorgeous view from their rooms. The location is great with some guests even commenting that it was perfect or excellent. The property is well maintained and the beach is simply awesome. Those wanting to venture out can take advantage of the free shuttle service or access to the sister resort. While the grounds are fairly small, the beauty of the beach more than makes up for it. Overall, the Alexandra Resort is a beautiful location with an excellent beachfront.

Breakfast

Guests of the Alexandra Resort-All Inclusive were treated to a great start to their day with a delicious breakfast. While the breakfast buffet is limited, the omelette station, bacon, scramble eggs, sausages, potatoes and sweet yoplate yogurt were all great. The omelette cook was a standout, providing excellent omelettes that guests were happy to take out from the buffet. The continental pastries, smoothies and a variety of fruits were also tasty. Although some reviewers noted that the breakfast was very basic and could be improved with quicker table bussing and self-serve coffee, overall, the food was fantastic. However, some guests feel that the resort is understaffed, leading to limited attention paid to guests and surly and unhelpful front desk staff. Despite this, there are few good people with excellent customer service and overall, the staff at Alexandra Resort - All Inclusive are beyond nice, accommodating and helpful.

The stunning and crystal-clear waters are perfect for swimming and long walks along the shore. Guests can relax in super comfy beach chairs with plenty of space to spread out. Snorkeling is available a short walk or kayak away, but the true highlight is the gorgeous, awe-inspiring beach. The view of the water is one of the best around, making this location truly amazing. With a beach bar on-site, guests can enjoy a cold drink while taking in the unbelievable surroundings. The beach is so unbelievable that it was the main reason many guests chose this resort. Although not suitable for snorkeling right in front of the hotel, the location is still great and offers an awesome experience.
