Relexa hotel München generally offers accessible accommodations for guests with disabilities. The hotel's central location makes it quite convenient, as it is near various public transportation options like bus stops, train and tram stations. This makes it easy for guests to travel to and from Munich Airport and to explore the city center and main train station with relative ease.
The hotel also provides wheelchair accessible rooms and bathrooms and the overall design accommodates differently-abled guests. Notably, the elevators are spacious enough to comfortably fit a double stroller, which is particularly beneficial for guests traveling with children or requiring extra space.
Parking, however, presents some challenges. The on-site parking spaces in the underground garage are reported to be quite tight and an ongoing construction site in front of the hotel complicates arrival by car. This could be problematic for guests who rely on parking close to the hotel entrance, especially those in need of accessible parking adjustments.
While the staff are helpful and provide useful accessibility information, particularly for visiting the zoo, the design of the hotel is not perfect for independent wheelchair users. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel's strengths lie in its accessibility features and its convenient, central location supported by comprehensive public transport links.
