Guests are particularly fond of the 35m long pool which is perfect for swimming and the infinity pool which is a great alternative with its warmer temperature. The indoor pool however, is reported to be on the colder side. The spa and pool facilities are also complimented with many guests noting their relaxing qualities. The outdoor pool is heated, making it comfortable even in cold weather. Unfortunately, some guests have reported safety concerns due to the lack of handrails on some of the pools, resulting in injuries. Others have noted that during peak hours, there may not be enough loungers available. Despite some negative experiences with other guests, the majority have praised the overall pool experience with one guest describing it as a "grand piscine" and "magnifique espace piscine".
