Alua Atlantico Golf - All Inclusive - Hyatt Inclusive Collection presents a mixed experience for guests expecting a four-star experience. Despite the beautiful complex and the value-for-money all-inclusive package, various aspects fall short of the anticipated four-star standard. Guests frequently cite disappointment regarding the variety and quality of food, noting a limited selection and repetitive menus, particularly within the buffet. The lack of vegetarian and vegan options also leaves much to be desired. Additionally, logistical issues such as long queues for meals due to limited dining space and switched-off beverage machines during certain meal times detract from the overall dining experience.
Facilities in the rooms seem to lack basic conveniences expected of a four-star hotel with comments on the absence of essential items like shelves in cupboards and hairdryers. Negative feedback also extends to the promised amenities, where false marketing claims of complimentary wine and personal concierge services are highlighted, as guests report receiving only a bottle of water and minimal guidance from staff.
The quality of included drinks in the all-inclusive package is another point of contention with guests finding them subpar and standard brands being available only at additional cost. Entertainment options are deemed inferior to those at lower-rated resorts and the gym is noted as needing renovation.
On a brighter note, the hotel’s facilities are viewed as superb by some and housekeeping services receive positive remarks. The quality-price ratio is frequently praised, even if certain areas do not meet the four-star expectations. Overall, while the hotel offers an acceptable stay with several commendable features, there is considerable room for improvement to truly align its services and facilities with its four-star rating.
