Riad Chennaoui, nestled in the heart of Marrakech's historic Medina, offers an ideal location for travelers eager to explore the city's major attractions on foot. Its proximity to Jemaa el-Fnaa square and the Bahia Palace, coupled with its tranquil and secure setting, allows guests to immerse themselves in Moroccan culture while enjoying a peaceful retreat. The structure of the riad is frequently praised for its beauty and authenticity, providing a cozy and traditional Moroccan lodging experience elevated by the welcoming and helpful staff.
The breakfast at Riad Chennaoui is a significant highlight with guests lauding the "delicious," "generous," and "very good" offerings. Its typical Moroccan breakfast, served in the charming courtyard or patio, features substantial, filling portions and freshly prepared ingredients, including mint tea and orange juice. Any critiques about simplicity or repetitiveness are overshadowed by the overall positive reception and the accommodating nature of the staff.
Dinner at Riad Chennaoui also earns high marks, particularly for the traditional tajines prepared by Mohammed, as well as couscous and other Moroccan dishes. Guests found the meals offered at the riad superior to those at nearby restaurants, often highlighting the fresh orange juice. The staff's enthusiasm and hospitality further enhance the dining experience.

Despite occasional lapses in attentiveness, the overall consensus underscores a warm and helpful environment throughout the stay.
