On the positive side, the hotel offers good wheelchair access, including ramps which make the facilities accessible for walking. These features make it ideal for those needing easy mobility access and are easily accessible by car. However, several challenges were noted, particularly for elderly guests and small children. The steep staircase to the bedroom and the division of some rooms across multiple levels can be difficult to navigate.
