The staff, including the manager Felicity, are friendly and helpful with excellent communication skills and clear instructions for check-in and accessing the key lockbox. While some guests did note minor issues such as a small dining table and firm mattresses, overall guests rave about the comfort and facilities of these lovely apartments.
