The Hilton Garden Inn Harrisburg East has received mixed reviews from guests regarding its three star rating, facilities and services. While some have found it very good, comfortable and safe, others were disappointed and felt it was not worth the money charged. The staff were generally nice, but the hotel did not meet expectations for some guests who felt it was not up to Hilton standards and beginning to show signs of age. Overall, it may be passable for some, but those looking for luxury accommodations may want to look elsewhere.
