Summarized by AI
The Wingate Suites by Wyndham Youngstown - Austintown offers an inviting atmosphere with its exceptionally friendly and accommodating staff, ensuring a pleasant stay for guests. Despite being an older hotel, it presents a convenient option for travelers, with rooms that are both comfortable and surprisingly nice, surpassing typical expectations for a three-star establishment. However, there are areas that could use some attention, such as the exercise room, which was unavailable during some stays, and the common area carpet, which shows signs of wear. Some aspects like the loud heating system and the bland breakfast options may detract from the experience, but for those seeking a straightforward, one-night stop, its convenience and welcoming environment are notable highlights. Security improvements, particularly with the side door on the first floor, could enhance guest safety.
