The breakfast buffet is copious and varied with both hot and cold options available and the hotel's handling of the buffet during the COVID-19 pandemic was praised by guests. The rooms are spacious, clean and fully equipped with modern amenities and the staff is welcoming and helpful. The hotel is also close to Kotili beach, a beautiful and perfect spot for families with small children. The private parking spaces are modern and easily accessible and the beds offer stunning ocean views and are generally comfortable and clean. Overall, Vivari Acta provides a clean, comfortable and enjoyable stay for its guests with the only downside being the lack of soundproofing in some rooms and the absence of an elevator.
