Młyn Jacka Hotel & Spa offers a mixed experience for guests. While the location is both a highlight and a weak point, the hotel's unique architecture and green surroundings are appreciated. The breakfast and dinner options receive mixed reviews, but the hotel's many amenities, including a bowling alley, sauna and massages, are enjoyed by guests. The rooms are generally clean, comfortable and spacious, but some guests note issues with air conditioning and niche areas above the bed. The staff is praised for their friendliness, helpfulness and professionalism. The spa and pool areas are relaxing and enjoyable, although some guests note limited treatment availability and cold pool water. The hotel provides ample, free parking and is a great place for families with kids. The quality of the beds could be improved to ensure a more comfortable stay for all guests. Overall, Młyn Jacka Hotel & Spa is a pleasant and comfortable stay with good options for dining and relaxation.
