Guests of The Merchant Hotel have been raving about their experiences at the hotel's luxurious spa facilities. Many enjoyed the sauna, steam room, hot tub and plunge pool on the rooftop, all of which provided a relaxing haven away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The spa staff also received high praise with guests commending them for their excellent treatments, such as the stress relief massage by Sophie and the amazing treatment by Jaqueline. However, some guests did note that the spa area could have been cleaner. Despite this minor issue, guests would have loved to stay longer to fully experience all that the spa had to offer. One major plus point was that there was no need to book spa facilities and no minimum length of stay was required. Overall, guests found the spa to be idyllic, relaxing and amazing. Unfortunately, the spa was closed due to Covid, but guests are looking forward to returning to this top-notch spa experience.
