'Rawah Serviced Apartments - Al-Hawiyah' enjoys an excellent location that appeals to a diverse range of travelers. Conveniently situated close to the airport and a variety of restaurants and local amenities, its strategic positioning on Makkah - Al-Kabeer Road and Seil Road allows easy access to essential services, including the nearby Miqat, making it especially attractive for those on religious journeys. Despite its roadside location, the rooms maintain a tranquil ambiance, providing a comfortable stay. The hotel's proximity to heavy vehicle traffic and occasional military aircraft noise during rush hour might be minor drawbacks, but they do not overshadow the overall favorable location.
Guests commend the spaciousness and cleanliness of the rooms and apartments, which are consistently clean, neat and well-maintained. The ample space and organized layout of the accommodations enhance comfort, making them suitable for longer stays. While some rooms facing the street may experience car noise, the majority of reviews highlight the overall tranquility and tidiness of the property. Minor issues such as air conditioner maintenance and outdated ceramic floors do not significantly detract from the positive feedback regarding room comfort.
The hotel's staff, particularly the reception team, is frequently praised for their politeness, friendliness and efficiency. Personnel such as Mr. Hisham are singled out for their exceptional service, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. Positive interactions with staff, their prompt responses to guest requests and their cheerful demeanor enhance the overall guest experience.
Guests also note the comfortable beds with many highlighting the ultra-comfortable quality of the mattresses. The combination of renovated mattresses and the overall cozy environment of the accommodations contributes to a restful stay. Although there are isolated mentions of issues like dirty mattresses and lack of covers, the general sentiment remains positive.
