Axel Beach Mykonos - Adults Only may not be a true 5-star hotel according to some guests, but it doesn't mean that it didn't provide them with a 5-star customer experience. While the rooms may not be as luxurious as expected, the staff were welcoming and attentive to every request. Although the daily cleaning service was not up to par with a 5-star hotel, the breakfast was still good. Some guests even compared it to a 5-star Greek hotel. However, others couldn't recommend it as a genuine 5-star hotel due to issues such as unchanged sheets during their stay. Nonetheless, it can still provide a comfortable stay, even if it doesn't have all the features of a true 5-star hotel.

Belvedere Mykonos - Main Hotel exceeds what's expected from a 5-star hotel with exceptional facilities and services. Obviously, there are those who think otherwise but overall, the prices reflect the quality that one expects from a luxurious vacation. While some point out the dated look of the hotel, it still manages to provide excellent functional rooms and amenities. Mythical and truly a 5-star experience for some, while others would consider it just a 4-star hotel.

The Myconian Korali Relais & Chateaux hotel is an exceptional and stylish five-star luxury hotel with decent amenities and a relatively close proximity to town. However, some guests found that it fell short of their expectations for a five-star rating, feeling more like a four-star hotel. Despite this, the hotel staff were described as friendly and offering individualized treatment, which is expected in a five-star establishment. While some guests found the hotel to be expensive, others noted that the prices at the bar were affordable considering it was a five-star hotel in Mykonos. The hotel was also described as luxurious with some guests even using words such as "Luxus pur" to describe it. However, a few guests felt the classification of Relais & Chateaux was not justified, meaning that the hotel was very expensive for the services they received as they expected more from a hotel with such a distinction.
