Esplanade Hotel Fremantle - by Rydges offers a good location in the heart of Fremantle, making it a perfect base to explore the vibrant surroundings and nearby hotspots. This iconic hotel boasts pleasant and clean rooms, consistently delivering four-star quality service and amenities. With functional pools and great amenities, the property maintains the standard expected of a four-star establishment. Guests appreciate the high-quality service, comfortable stays and the classic charm of this older hotel.
However, some reviews suggest the hotel is dated and in need of updates with the appearance feeling somewhat tired. While the facilities meet the four-star criteria, some guests feel the overall condition leans closer to a three-star level. The hotel bar closing early has also been noted as a minor inconvenience. Despite this, the Esplanade Hotel remains a lovely property offering a pleasant environment and maintaining a high standard of service, making it a solid choice for visitors to Fremantle.
