From the moment you step into the hotel, you will feel comfortable and well taken care of with the friendly and accommodating staff. Mari, the hotel manager, is exceptional in her role. The location and hospitality of the hotel are great and the staff is charming and respectful. The only downside is that some guests faced absent or rude staff members, but that is an exception to the norm. Caribbean House is a lovely place to stay for a warm experience with the staff, who strive to make your stay pleasant and unforgettable.
